This work carries out a documentary analysis and gathers the network experiences from chronicles and inter-institutional meetings´ participant observation methodology.
It describes the network development, strengthened by both people and institutions networks, that resolve queries locally or regionally consulting the nearest health center and avoiding the children and adolescents referrals to the provincial capitals or even to Buenos Aires city, in a country of 2,780,000 km2.
The conclusions also identify the strengths and improvement opportunities for the OCD Telehealth Network. Through inter-institutional and interdisciplinary work it promotes the children and adolescents health rights, facilitating health access through quality care, members continuous training and collaborative management between effectors with telehealth tools.
