Abstract
Un Servicio de Salud Metropolitano de la región Metropolitana de Chile desarrolló un programa de seguimiento, a través de telemonitoreo a pacientes diabéticos, los cuales formaban parte de su programa de pacientes crónicos y no habían logrado compensar su glicemia en parámetros de normalidad.
