Main Article Content
Abstract
In the digital world, with the increase in processing capabilities, storage and transfer of data, images and audio, the use of sensors, the precision and prediction medicine, the genomes and the artificial intelligence, it is no longer possible to share the existing knowledge between nations, even aware of commercial practices, restricted and focused on profitability. Thus, collaboration networks in scientific knowledge are used for this purpose.
